Custom Cases
Channels. This is meant to detail the purpose as well as what type of content you can expect from all of the various channels that I manage. Some channels may not have any content or the content may be hidden as I am still currently in the works of making sure that content is not duplicated in any way. The primary reason for multiple channels is to keep my ideas separate from one another. Allowing for a better over all experience for those who are looking for a specific topic. It also helps with my art ideas when if comes to creating merch and products. In retrospect, these channels are all different but they all serve the same purpose. That purpose is to share all my ideas, art, content, points of view, etc for everyone. As each channel is listed, a full explaination will be provided along with links to the channels as well as some of the most viewed videos and even some videos that I am proud of. Please be aware that this will and has taken a bit of time to put together. As soon as this site is near it’s completion, frequent updates to each channel as well as this site will then become more frequent.
Custom Cases
Custom Game cases are incoming. Ask yourself some simple questions, Is your game missing a manuel or case?, Is your case for you games damaged?, Would you like to preserve your original case?, or, Do you want to customize your case? If so, you can very well be able to view and purchase custom game cases here
When it comes to pricing, it can alwasy be tricky. You may have a piece of the puzzle that may be affordable and another piece that is highly expensive. We are brainstorming on how to keep the base cases at an affordable price. Our thinking is that the base case should start around $30 each. Some may say that this price is expensive. Others may say that it is reasonable. We are trying to find the sweet spot as we are also wanting to include an option where anyone is also able to purchase a custom game case with the actual game. We also have been kicking around the idea of offering a custom option where customers are able to put in an order for what they would want to have as their personalized custom case. The prices given is not final. Though, it is close to being accurate.
We have to find the right type of paper, ther right ink that will print well on the paper. We have to acquire cases for the NES, SNES, N64, Genesis, PS1-5, Xbox-XBOX s/x, etc. Some of these cases are difficult to find, and some are expensive. We also need to acquire shipping materials as well as marketing supplies.
We would have to research the game, and every bit of material that was part of that games case, manuel etc. We would also have to research the codes/cheats if there are any available as one of the features of our custom game cases is to feature everything that would come with a case and everything else that would have to be acquired afterwards. We are also researching copyright laws just to ensure that we are safe from any legal issues when it comes to using a games title on something that is made in a custom manner.
We will be illustrating the art work ourselves. This process will be the longest process out of the rest. This holds true as there may be several variations of a specific game that we would like to offer. Also, we want to make sure that all art work is in it’s best form before we actually start marketing it for sale. Our process when it comes to illustrations starts with several thumbnail sketches to get the composition in a way that we feel is best. Then we sketch on either an 8.5×11 sheet or an 11×17 board. Once we feel that the composition on the larger sheet of paper/board is how we like it, we begin to lay down our lines. Then we move on to the inks, scan that and start work on the digital colors. Now, if for some reason the initial composition is muddied we may skip a head and finish everything including colors digitally. In some cases this process may take a week for one piece.
Available soon on etsy.
Selling on Etsy.com when they are rolled out will be the default. We are also thinking about selling them on ebay as well. Please note that selling on these platforms also affects and reflects the prices in the long run.
We are in the planning stages of creating some custom game cases. The planning stage that we are also in the includes pricing, supplies, research, and art work. Below, we have set up a simple guide that will explain what each and everyone of these steps in the process entails.
Custom Items
Game Cases
These items are on the way. When they arrive they will appear here. Additionally, items on this page will be for sale and will be linked to the attached etsy or ebay shop.
Future plans
Once we get these custom game case rolling out. We have plans of opening a shop specifically geared to selling and taking custom orders. We would also like to implement a program where users are able to submit their own designs that they can choose to have printed for themselves or have place on either our Etsy, ebay or even our own web based store to be sold. In any case, yes, we would take a small percentage. This is just a plan and nothing has been finalized or definite. This is just a future plan and when the opportunity arises to implement this plan, we will work just as hard as to figure out what’s best and attractive to everyone involved.
